Thank you for choosing Roots Renewal! We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and replacement policy below:
Claims for Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer support team with a photograph of the issue and a brief explanation.
Packages Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims Deemed an Error on Our Part: Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund.
Replacement/Refund Process: If your claim is approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you promptly. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Exemptions:
- Wrong Address: You will be liable for reshipment costs if the provided address is insufficient.
- Unclaimed: You will be liable for the cost of reshipment if a shipment goes unclaimed.
- Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns or exchanges are at your expense and discretion.
- Rejected by Customs: We do not issue refunds for packages rejected by customs.
- Product Created, Not Yet Shipped: Orders cannot be canceled and refunded if the product has been prepared for shipment.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact our customer support team and we will quickly attempt to identify the issue.
Policy Interpretation: This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
